* Room rates include a full breakfast in the morning and tea and goodies in the afternoon. In addition, there is a 7% Maine lodging tax.

* Check-–in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you must arrive after 6:00 p.m.

* Check-out time is by 11 a.m.

* We require a minimum of one-night's room rate, plus the 7% Maine lodging tax, as a deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable, less a $25.00 processing fee, if you cancel 15 days or more before your reserved arrival date.

* There is a $35.00 charge for each additional person in a room.

* The Belmont Inn is a non-smoking property. You will incur a cleaning charge of $150.00 if you smoke in any of our rooms.
